A huge joint operation all along the Ohio River.

An annual exercise to practice emergency response scenarios.

At the Willow Island Lock and Dam federal, state and local officials gathered to simulate an active shooter situation and what procedures to take.

Washington County Sheriff Larry Mincks says this is a very important part of infrastructure and to play like you practice.

There was a large display of equipment Friday, including Homeland Security, Columbus, Athens and Washington County SWAT Teams bringing their BearCats, choppers flying overhead, plus the Coast Guard, Marietta Fire and Police boats all there for water rescue scenarios.
