Bond is set at $300,000 for an Ohio University student charged with drug trafficking.
Cory Bohache pleaded not guilty Wednesday to trafficking cocaine and marijuana and cocaine possession.
He is accused of selling nearly 30 grams of cocaine and 14 grams of marijuana to a confidential informant in January.
A search warrant turned up 27 more grams of cocaine.
Bohache lives within 1,000 feet of a school.
His trial is set for for May 6th.
Athens Police made an arrest Tuesday of an Ohio University student charged with trafficking drugs.
21-year-old Cory Bohache was indicted by an Athens County Grand jury for a first degree felony of trafficking cocaine, a fourth degree felony of trafficking marijuana and a third degree felony of cocaine possession.
Last month Bohache sold almost 30 grams of cocaine and almost 15 grams of marijuana to a confidential informant.
And after a search warrant was issued, investigators found an additional 20 seven grams of cocaine in his home.
Bohache is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday afternoon.
