The West Virginia State Police arrest a man they say was refusing to register as a sex offender.
Troopers with the West Virginia State Police say 47 year-old Randall Taylor is a registered sex offender in Ohio.
Police say Taylor moved to a home on Southern Highway in Wood County and did not register as a sex offender with state police.
Troopers opened an investigation into Taylor about a month ago and tips from neighbors to the U.S. Marshals helped secure a warrant to arrest Taylor for a felony charge of failure to register.
Taylor did not post his $5,000 bond and is at the North Central Regional Jail.
