Regardless of what the calendar says, many of us consider Labor Day the last day of summer.
And Labor Day also marks the end of the summer travel season.
We found a few people on the last leg of their summer vacation.
And while gas prices rose a bit last week, they tell us that, in other states...it's a lot worse.
"It was $3.86 in New York, $1.34 a liter in Canada, $3.81 in Michigan, and $3.55 in Pennsylvania," said traveler Ralph Hacker of Lexington, Kentucky.
The motorists we spoke to told us they spent their summer vacation going to locations as diverse as upstate New York and the upper part of Michigan.
