Workers for the city of Parkersburg Thursday morning put up the city's Christmas tree.
While leaves remain on some of government square's permanent trees, the arrival of the city's holiday tree is located in its customary site in front of the Parkersburg City Building and the Holmes Shaver Judicial Annex.
The annual Christmas tree lighting is set for Tuesday, December 4th at 6 P.M.
Looking even further ahead, the annual Parkersburg Christmas Parade will be held Saturday, December 8th, at 1:30 P.M.
