Parkersburg Area Community Foundation Executive Director, Judy Sjostedt says Riffle was chosen for her dedication in providing hot meals to all who need them.

"Old Man Rivers is currently working out of their Pike Street location.
Their truck also serves the Latrobe Street Mission on Fridays. We wanted to recognize Pat Riffle from Old Man Rivers for more than 20 years of services of making sure people have a hot meal and a hug when they need it."

Old Man Rivers served 36 thousand meals in 2012.

Riffle receives one thousand dollars for charitable purposes. The cornerstone awards are sponsored by Superior Toyota as part of PACF's 50th Anniversary.
