UPDATE: Police Release Name Of Man Killed In Jackson Co. Accident

Police release the name of a man killed over the weekend in an accident in Jackson County.

Police say 66 year old Ronnie Lane drove his Chevy Colorado off the side of the road. When he was working to regain control of his car, he over corrected. That's when the he collided with a dodge 15 hundred. Lane was killed as a result of his injuries.

Paul Lions was driving the dodge truck, he and his juvenile son were taken to Jackson General Hospital, but their conditions are not available at this time.

One man is dead and two others are injured after a fatal car accident in Jackson County. The accident happened at the intersection of Station Camp Road and Route 33.

According to the Jackson County Sheriff's Office a man driving a Chevy Colorado drove off the side of the road and as he worked to regain control of his car, he over-corrected. That's when the Colorado collided with a Dodge 1500.

The driver of the Colorado was killed in the accident. The driver and the passenger in the Dodge truck were taken to Jackson General Hospital but their conditions are not available at this time.
