Ritchie County Project Could Cause Delays

A week-long project on a Ritchie County road could cause minor delays.

The West Virginia Division of Highways says crews are working on a pipeline on WV 74 north, Mountain Road, .27 miles south of the intersection with Ritchie County Route 74/5, Burton Road.

Work is being done between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Thursday, November 7 through Thursday, November 14.

The WVDOH says for the most part this project will not impact drivers, but there could be occasional minor delays.

Drivers should drive carefully and slowly through the work zone and follow the direction of all traffic control devices and workers.
