Lots of talk and energy in Williamstown about the new elementary school project.
Tuesday it suffered a set back.
Site selection for the new school is on hold.
That's because the planning grant application isn't ready.
The school says it's a very intricate process and won't be ready for the School Building Authority by the December 2 deadline.
"And what it came down to was do we hurry up and throw something together and go down there and present to the School Building Authority and waste an opportunity in presenting something that's not prepared at the best way it can be," says Mike Fling, with Wood County Schools.
The board agreed it would be best to wait until all details are ironed out before presenting.
