A theft exceeding $2,300 leads to one man's arrest.
According to Parkersburg Police Chief Joe Martin, officers responded to an alarm Wednesday morning at the CA House Music on Cavalier Circle in Parkersburg.
Suspects had broken into the building, smashing the front door and taking three electric guitars.
Using video surveillance, detectives found one of the guitars at a pawn broker, which led to one arrest today.
32-year-old Andrew Offenberger, who is homeless, was arrested.
Two other guitars were found at a Charleston pawn shop.
Offenberger's charged with breaking and entering. He failed to post his $45,000 bond. He faces one to ten years in prison.
