Two days, two meth lab busts for authorities fighting the meth problem in the Parkersburg area.
And these are two of the largest busts in recent memory.
Friday morning sanitation workers in Parkersburg found trash that was smoking on George Street.
The Parkersburg Narcotics Task Force was called in and they found items used to make meth including eight reaction vessels, needles, and pseudoephedrine.
After a search of the home agents found more items and arrested Earl McElfresh.
He's charged with operating a clandestine lab.
Thursday Robert Patterson was arrested and charged with operating a clandestine lab as well.
The task force was called out to Patterson's home on Dillaway Street.
Authorities say they found fifteen of those reaction vessels and other items use to make meth.
Both McElfresh and Patterson could face 2 to 10 years in prison on these charges.
