An explosion at a Tyler County drilling site injured one worker.
And now the company is under investigation for a possible pollution violation.
The tank explosion happened last Thursday at Jay-Bee Oil & Gas' Lisby gas well pad.
Fluid leaked from the tank onto grounds surrounding the well pad.
The Department of Environmental Protection is issuing the violation notice to the company, along with an order to stop well operations at the site.
Jay-Bee must abate the pollution and submit a report to the state by January 14th.
