Utility work causes delays in South Parkersburg.
The West Virginia Division of Highways says the delays are possible on Blizzard Drive and Division Street (WV 14) in South Parkersburg, between Parkersburg South High School and Sixth Avenue.
This is due to ongoing utility work by Lumos Networks.
The DOH says utility crews may be working day and/or night shifts seven days a week for two more weeks.
Drivers and pedestrians should be alert for possible shoulder or lane closures.
