A Vincent man dies 12 days after crashing his car in Washington County.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Steven Pounders died 12 days after the May 8 crash.
It happened on State Route 339 in Belpre Township.
He was driving a Toyota 4Runner Southbound when he lost control, went off the right side of the road and hit an embankment.
No other cars were involved.
He was taken to Camden Clark Medical Center, where he was listed in critical condition for several days before passing.
The patrol says he was wearing a seat belt and alcohol and drugs don't appear to be a factor.
The crash remains under investigation.
