A Wood County Grand Jury returned 70 indictments. Among those named are Christopher Daniels and Eddie Cox.
Police say, in September of 2011, 41 year-old Daniels lost control of his truck and went off the road hitting a guardrail and ending up partly in Worthington Creek.
His passenger, Amy Carder, died at the scene.
Daniels is being charged with two counts of driving while under the influence of alcohol casing death, two counts of driving with a blood alcohol concentration of .08 or greater causing death, driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol concentration of .15 or greater, involuntary manslaughter and negligent homicide.
Also indicted, Eddie Cox, Jr. Cox is charged with first degree arson.
Officials say on February 20th, Cox turned on the kitchen stove in his apartment at the Historic Village Apartments on Market Street. They say he placed clothing and rugs on top of it to start a fire and then left the building.
