no! what about the ones that fasly accursed? there have been fasely jailed just as in rape. for the only reason for the so called victim. there has been alot of people later found not gulty becae their accsure amited they lied...it does happen

I think they should have to. We need to come down on this crime. The law needs to change if a parent allows her under aged child to be with an adult they should be held accountable instead of giving the choice of pressing charges or not!! And this is happening in WVA Now!! Any agency that over looks it or allows it should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the. law!!

I believe this, if required, should be based on the tier of the offense. Daddy filing charges against her daughters boyfriend, that he doesn't like but is some how now a sex offender should not be required to submit to the same rules as rapist, molester or whatever.

Then people with DUI's should have to post they have one on their car!!
