A guilty plea from the man and woman accused of tying up their friend and stealing money and a car from both him and his ten year old son.
Shannon Lake pleads guilty to grand theft and third degree burglary.
The accomplice, Timothy Neader, also plead guilty to aggravated burglary.
Prosecutors say they both broke into their friend's home placing a pillow case over the father's head, tying him up and gagging him.. Prosecutors say the boy did have a pillow case over his head. They say Neader and Lake then stole money and the car.
Prosecutors say Lake did not was not actually in the room during while the father was tied up so kidnapping.
During the plea, Defense Attorney Rolf Baumgartel made it clear Lake did not know go to the home with the intention of burglary but once there, Neader informed her of the plan and she then went along with it.
They say the plea agreement was at the request and approval of the victims.
Lake looks at a maximum of four and a half years in prison.

Shannon Lake and Timothy Neader have been arrested as suspects in the March 18th Washington County home invasion.
The Washington County Sheriff's Office says they both confessed during questioning.
Deputies say the victims, a father and his ten year old son, recognized the voices they could hear as they were tied up at 3:30 Sunday morning.
"The victim thought he recognized who the person was and he called out that person by name and the ten year old boy also thought it was the same person, and called out that same name and led us to that," says Deputy Bryan Reeder.
Deputies say the two suspects and the two victims were friends.
Deputies say the motive was money.
"They were very familiar with them, they were friends. And just needed some money and conjured up this idea about how to get fast money," says Detective Mark Johnson.
Both Neader and Lake are being held at the Washington County jail.
They both face charges of aggravated burglary and kidnapping.

It happened at a home on Arends Ridge Road in Marietta.
Washington County Sheriff Larry Mincks says shortly after 3:30 Sunday morning his office received a call from 50 year-old Curtis Noel. Noel said his house was forcibly entered and two men dressed in black and ski masks came inside.
The masked men bound Noel and his ten year old son then searched the house. The men left the home in Noel's 2000 Chevy Suburban which was recovered a short time later in West Virginia.
Sheriff Mincks says the men are small to average height and were wearing disguises to mask their appearance.
The Sheriff's Office is following up on leads but anyone with information into the home invasion is asked to call 740- 376-7070.
