I ride a bike in downtown Parkersburg and it's almost funny how ignorant drivers are, similar to one with a prior comment on this post. I actually had a driver roll down her window to tell me I needed to get on the sidewalk. No, you are required by law to go around and not necessarily in the lane I'm currently occupying.

bikes on the road are accidents waiting to happen. bikes always seem to hold up traffic in areas, and you always have to go in the other lane to.avoid hitting them since it.seems bikers dont look out for cars.. if bikes are allowed to be on the road, then they should be required.to have a special plate/tag on them that need to be renewed annually just like vehicles.
