that 16 yr old boy lost his mom when he as 4 and was raised by a aunt and uncle who drank all the time so the kids ran wild when the parents were drunk. that is not saying that what he did was wrong it was and he should not have done it but it may also have happend to him at some piont in time. prays for both victums .thats the way i see it.
i agree he is my brother in law and we nevr thought he would do anything like this he was a good kid did well in school and worked hard it was wrong i hope he gets better!
It doesn't make all happy that he was babysitting the 4 year old. The mother should have left her child with a responsible sitter that she has known much longer, she should have thought about this before thinking of herself.
that little four year old boy is my nephew and you are all right, you don't know the whole story. so how about you just pray for a fast recovery and stop arguing over who knows what. if it will make you guys happy he was babysitting the four year old and it was the mothers boyfriends nephew. It doesn't matter. it was wrong.
its a horrible thing that happened....regardless as to if the 16 yr old was raped himself he was well over old enough to know what he was doing and knew he shouldnt have been doing it!!!! he needs put away!!
have u people tried pictureing this sixteen year old boy as your son. all you people think about is if you were the four year old's parent. all the people on here that say yeah give him the maxuim punishment, and kill him. would u be saying that if this sixteen year old was yours. i know most of you are thinking "my kid knows better" or "i raised my kid better". well how do you know how this kid was raised. all i can say is yes it sickens me to think about this but it happend and this kind of stuff is always going to happen no matter how many u put in prison or kill they will always be around, and some are much worse than this kid.
How the hell did this become the parents fault? Maybe if people would be responsible for their actions our society would be a better place to live. Tired of people using a bad childhood as a crutch when they commit crimes. Man (or woman) up and make a vow never to treat someone the way you were treated.
okay, and what if they were working, had a family member or family friend watch their child, and he raped the child without showing any signs? the mother reported the abuse as soon as she became suspicious. there really isn't much more that could have been done. it's people like you who dumb down our town.
I will absolutely NOT pray that this 16 year old gets help. I will pray only that the 4 year old gets help! For now, I will assume that the 16 year old is just sick and needs put away. No excuses

This story makes me sick, but all you quick to judge make me sick too. Do you know the whole story. A 16 yr old as charged with raping a 4yr old. I also heard the 16 year olds mother went to police and I also heard that maybe the 16 year old admitted to something. We dont know the whole story or the level of what happened. We also dont know the 16 year olds history of previous signs or possibly being a victim himself. We dont know why the 16 year old had access to the 4 year old and we dont know what all the parents where doing. Get the facts before you decide to kill everyone involved. it is people like you why we have a messed up court system. Our legal has to protect they accused from the mob. Also for all of you I need to protect my kids from these monsters in most case the parents knew there kids where around the monster. I havent heard to many cases of kids being kidnapped and raped around here, normally the monster was given permission to be around the child. Pray for the 4 year old, if you want pray that the 16 year gets help, and most important like Sad said watch for signs they are there, but in most cases most parents dont want to believe that anyone close to them could do something like this.
Im assuming a bible verse, and if it is how do you remove a log from your eye. Last I checked if you have a log in your eye your dead. Please remember the bible maybe the word of God but it was written by man and you can not trust man. So me a bible that god sent to earth on his own and I will believe what ever it says. And yes I believe in god, just not all these religions who can twist words, wake up!!!!!!!!!
Why worry about "what ifs?" Don't automatically assume that the childs family is evil. That family is the victim. The 16 year old is the evil one.
it would be nice to know what location this was at i have kids to be worried about
