Police arrest a Parkersburg man they say broke into a home.

Officers arrested Richard White, Monday afternoon.

Dispatch received a call from someone saying they saw a man throw a concrete block through the back window of a home on 15th Avenue and go inside.

Police say they found white hiding in an upstairs bathroom.

He's charged with felony breaking and entering.
