Public intoxication, obstructing justice and two counts of petit larceny... a Parkersburg man is facing a laundry list of charges.
Officers were called out to Liberty Street shortly before 2:00 Thursday morning to look into possible car tampering. While checking the area, police spoke with Thomas Ruddlesden.
When Ruddlesden was searched police found cash, coins and jewelry, as well as West Virginia identification that showed Ruddlesden gave police a fake name.
Ruddlesden was charged with public intoxication, obstructing justice and two counts of petit larceny. Police say he broke into two cars and removed cash and credit cards.
He was arraigned Wood County Magistrate Court Thursday and was held on a $2,600 bond.
