The Washington County Sheriff's Office is looking for Dustin Brooks from Marietta.

A grand jury indicted Brooks in November of 2011 with third degree felony failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.

Authorities say he tried to run from an Ohio Highway Patrol Trooper in September 2011.

They say the chase ended in a crash.

Brooks didn't show up for court after that.
