The Parkersburg Police Department is looking for Roy Spellman, Jr. from Mineral Wells.

Spellman was originally charged with obtaining a controlled substance using a forged prescription.

Officials say he did this while out on bond for another crime.

Spellman then failed to appear for a July 2011 hearing.
