The Washington County Sheriff's Office is looking for 30-year old Jeremy Charlton.
He's wanted for a felony charge of theft of a firearm and misdemeanor charges of failure to appear, violating his probation and failing to appear at a hearing on unpaid fines.
Authorities say Charlton stole a .22 caliber handgun from his father's residence on March 6.
They say the other charges stem from an incident involving Charlton's father in law in August of last year.
Officials say during the incident, Charlton wouldn't leave his in law's property despite being asked several times.
They say Charlton head butted the victim and twice knocked him to the ground.
