The Washington County Sheriff's Office is looking for 39-year old Walter Harrell, Jr. of Columbus, Ohio.
A Washington County Grand Jury indicted Harrell in March on a felony charge of possession of crack cocaine.
Authorities tell us Harrell was a passenger in a vehicle stopped in Warren Township in September of 2010.
The driver of the vehicle was arrested for possession of cocaine and crack cocaine.
Officials haven't been able to find Harrell since, but they believe he still has ties to this area.
