In this week's edition of the Mid-Ohio Valley's Most Wanted we have for you Beldon Bailey who is accused of Forgery and Uttering.
Police say in September of last year, Bailey purchased a truck from a Parkersburg individual, but in that truck the previous owner had left some of his personal checks.
Detective Decker Moody with the Parkersburg Police Department says Bailey then took those checks and forged them at various businesses around Parkersburg and got cash in return.
When the previous owner noticed money missing from his account, he called police, but Bailey is nowhere to be found.
"In addition to Forgery and Uttering, he is wanted for failure to appear on some other charges out of Magistrate Court," says Detective Decker Moody, Parkersburg Police Department.
Detective Moody says that for each count of Forgery and Uttering, one for each check he forged, Bailey faces one to ten years behind bars.
Bailey has blond hair, blue eyes, he is 6'2 and weighs 254 lbs.
If you see him, make sure you call the Parkersburg Police Department at 304-424-8444
