In this week's edition of the Mid-Ohio Valley's Most Wanted we have for you a Parkersburg man wanted for second degree Sexual Assault and Burglary.
Parkersburg Police Chief Gerald Board says back in August, Paul Bibbee burglarized a home and sexually assaulted the 64-year-old woman who lived there.
Chief Board says Bibbee did not actually take anything from the home when he left, but they have not been able to find him since.
He says Bibbee was actually an acquaintance of the victim.
"From what I've read in the report, I'd say alcohol is involved, like I said, he is an acquaintance of her and her family. I think she had run into him earlier, maybe at a tavern, earlier in the evening, and I don't if he followed her home or just came with her, " says Parkersburg Police Chief Gerald Board.
If convicted of second degree Sexual Assault, Bibbee faces 10 to 25 years in prison.
If you have any information on Paul Bibbee, call the Parkersburg Police Department at 304-422-8444.
