Thursday, Captain Delmas Barker tells us Barr appeared in court Tuesday and a judge dismissed the charge against him.
UPDATE: 5/14

Thursday, Keith Randolph-Barr turned himself in at the Parkersburg Police Department.

Also wanted this week by the Parkersburg Police Department is Keith Randolph-Barr from Putnam County, on a Battery charge.

Back in September, a man went into Buffalo Wild Wings in Parkersburg and felt a tap on his shoulder.

When he turned around, Randolph-Barr allegedly hit him in the face and ran away from the business.

Authorities believe that Randolph-Barr still has ties to the area.

If you know where Keith Randolph-Barr could be, call the Parkersburg Police Department at 304-424-8444.

That is no way to handle a situation , walk into a public place and hit an individual. I guarantee you this guy would pay dearly if he ever done something like that to me.

Sounds like the puncher sucker punched someone and then ran off like a little girl. And now all his little punk friends are on here talking smack to the victim, attempting to make it seem like the person that did wrong is some good guy. PUHLEASE.. I hope Keith gets a lot of time for this. What a freakin clown. I have no respect for people who sucker-punch. What a coward.

MOV most wanted is a way to to act like Parkersburg PD is doing something! This one should be taken off b/c it's making our PD look like a circus full of clowns. If he was that wanted that bad they could have picked him up at the fights in Parkersburg, where he was more less the main event. They knew he was there. This was a bar fight. All parties involved were probably drinking. Can and should any ones testimony hold up in court! I'd think not since they were all possibly impaired!!!! Has the PD ever found any real criminals in the past?? and why isn't the MOV MOST WANTED posting real criminals? B/c they are the the real ones getting away with doing stuff. OOur fine PD isn't smart enough to find them.

This story is ridiculous I know Mr. Barr personally and I haven't seen a better gentlemen in my life. Mr. Barr is heavily involved in the community and for his name to be slandered like this is an outrage. He should file charges against WTAP and the Parkersburg Police department for deframation of character...Why dont you guys go looking for real criminals and earn the tax dollars that we citizens pay you!!!

Sounds like alot of BS to me. I have known Keith for many years, through his college studies, college sports, and his professional career. This in no way sounds like him or something he would do. He FOR SURE would not run from the scene, nor just blind side someone bacause of a grudge or a bad comment about him. He is a much more responsible and repectable man than that. Sounds to me like the "victim" knows of Keith's successful organized fighting career, and he is just trying to take advantage of it and give Keith a bad name. Keith is a community figure in Glenville and is well liked and very well mannered, and is an asset to Glenville and Gilmer County. It is very upsetting that Mr. Barr had to deal with this.

MOV most wanted just turned itself into a joke! Most wanted are the guys on the run. He isnt on the run from anyone. Rocky, as far as Keith i'm sure didn't need to suck punch the clown! Where was the wonderful people at BW3'S? Did anyone attempt to stop Keith from supposibly beating this guy up? Or wait you said he sucker punched him first, and thenyou said he beat him up! Well which was it? Did the employees of BW3's allow someone to get beat up in thier fine establishment? Hmmm..... sounds like a lwasuit to me in itself! Hey Parkersburg PD.... Did you guys see him in the ring a few weeks back! He looked pretty good didn't he! This article states Keith sucker punched him and ran. Rocky from BW3 states the victim was beat up!!

After looking through the MOV Most Wanted I'm curious where an alleged bar fight fits in with sexual assault, drug charges, theft and forgery????? Sounds to me like the Parkersburg Police has a personal vendetta against Mr. Barr??? Seriously if one alleged bar fight was put on MOV Most Wanted shouldn't all of them be???? i'm sure the Parkersburg Police can't say this is the only alleged bar fight that has never been solved???

hmmmm...... Keith Randolph-Barr walking in and tapping someone on the shoulder and hitting them.....sounds like a fabricated story to me? You know how facts get distorted in a bar...especially when the alleged victim had no recollection of what even happend!!!!!

it really disgust me that our police department is really taking time to deal with this issue.. they have way bigger problems to worry bout then a fight between two men..and I agree if you really know Barr you know how responsible he is and how much of a role model he is for the community and much important his family and work is to him.
