Thursday, Randall Beatty turned himself in to the Parkersburg Police Department.
Beatty's bond has been set at $40,000.
The Parkersburg Police Department is looking for information on Randall Beatty, wanted for Domestic Violence.
Beatty has two previous convictions for Domestic Battery in 2007.
On June 6th, Beatty allegedly choked and kicked his girlfriend at a Grandview Street Apartment.
The Parkersburg Police Department has not been able to find him since the incident, but they believe he is still in the area.
