In this week's edition of the Mid-Ohio Valley's Most Wanted we have for you a Parkersburg man wanted for Wanton Endangerment, after police say he shot another man.
Parkersburg Police Chief Gerald Board says early Sunday morning John Studenic got into a fight with several other people on the corner of 36th Street and Roseland Avenue.
During the Scuffle, Chief Board says Studenic started waving his handgun around, in a threatening manner.
Chief Board says Studenic then shot Richard Noland near his ankle.
He says after the incident, Studenic fled the scene.
"He's been charges with Wanton Endangerment, which is a felony, if he's found guilty, he faces 1 to 5 years, a $200-$2,500 in fine, or both," says Chief Gerald Board, Parkersburg Police.
Chief Board isn't sure what started the fight.
He says police have not recovered the gun used in the shooting.
Chief Board believes Noland has been treated and released from an area hospital.
Now, officials believe Studenic is still in the Parkersburg area.
So, if you have any information on where John Studenic could be, please call the Parkersburg Police Department at 304-424-8444.
