According to an official with the Washington County Sheriff's Office, Gary Murrey has turned himself in to authorities and has been arraigned.
In this week's edition of the Mid-Ohio Valley's Most Wanted, we have for you a Marietta man who authorities say sold drugs in the vicinity of a school.
The Washington County Sheriff's Office is looking for 50-year old Gary Murrey of Marietta, AKA Gary Root.
A Washington County Grand Jury indicted Murrey last month on two fourth-degree felony counts of trafficking in crack cocaine and one third-degree felony count of trafficking in drugs.
Officials tell us the first two counts stem from incident in July of 2009 where they say Murrey sold more than four grams of cocaine each time to an informant.
The trafficking in drugs indictment stems from an alleged transaction that was made near a school.
