In this week's edition of the Mid-Ohio Valley's Most Wanted we have for you a Parkersburg woman, wanted for forgery.
Officials with the Parkersburg Police Department say on December 11 Kathryn Hornbeck attempted to forge a prescription by a local doctor at the Rite Aid on Dudley Avenue.
They say Hornbeck dropped off a prescription that appeared to have the original prescription altered to a different narcotic.
They say when the pharmacist checked with the doctor who allegedly wrote the prescription it was determined that it was indeed altered.
Authorities haven't been able to find Hornbeck since the incident.
She faces a maximum of ten years behind bars if she's found guilty.
If you have any information or know where Kathryn Hornbeck could be, please call the Parkersburg Police Department at 304-424-8444.
