Parkersburg Police Chief Joe Martin says Ryan Francisco turned himself into the police department Tuesday, February 2.
In this week's edition of the Mid-Ohio Valley's Most Wanted we have for you a Parkersburg man wanted for two counts of Domestic Battery third offense.
Chief Joe Martin with the Parkersburg Police Department says on December 29th Ryan Francisco got into a fight with his wife.
Chief Martin says the fight escalated and Francisco hit his wife.
He says a juvenile tried to step in and stop the fight, but Francisco hit her too.
This isn't the first time Francisco faces this type of charge.
"He's had two other convictions, one in 2003 and one in 2006, so this is his third offense. I'm not sure who the victims were in those cases," says Chief Martin.
Chief Martin says Francisco left the scene before officers had arrived and they haven't been able to find him since.
If you have any information on where Ryan Francisco could be, please call the Parkersburg Police Department at 304-424-8444.
