In this week's edition of the Mid-Ohio Valley's Most Wanted we have for you a man police say broke into at least four vehicles and then used the victim's credit cards at area businesses.

Sergeant Greg Nangle with the Parkersburg Police Department says on April 20th the man broke into at least four different vehicles in the Parkersburg area, two of which were at Erickson's All Sports Facility.

He says the suspect then took ATM and credit cards from the victim's purse or wallet and used them at area ATM machines and to make purchases.

Sergeant Nangle says there are some things you can do to avoid this type of situation.

"Do not leave anything in a vehicle that's going to entice a thief to want to break the glass of a vehicle. Hide your purses, put them in the trunk, hide it under the seats or take it with you. A thief is not going to steal what they cannot see," says Sergeant Greg Nangle, Parkersburg Police.

If you recognize this man or have any other information regarding the investigation, please contact Parkersburg Police at 304-424-8444.

You can catch the next edition of the Mid-Ohio Valley's Most Wanted next Wednesday on WTAP News at Six.
