In this week's edition of the Mid-Ohio Valley's Most Wanted we have for you a Belleville man wanted for Petit Larceny and Shoplifting.

Parkersburg Police Sergeant Greg Nangle says, on April 18, Gregory Wheeler walked into an area Wal-Mart, picked up a 32 inch and a 26 inch flat screen TV and walked out of the store.

Sergeant Nangle says four days later, Wheeler returned to the store, picked up another 32 inch television and tried to leave.

Store employees stopped him and called police, but no arrest was made.

Since the incident, Parkersburg Police have gotten an arrest warrant for Wheeler.

"This type of crime is perpetuated by drug addiction and we've seen numerous cases like this in recent years, as well as surrounding cities adjoining Parkersburg," says Sergeant Nangle.

Police believe Gregory Wheeler is still in the Wood county area, so if you have any information on where he could be, please contact Parkersburg Police at 304-424-8444.

You can catch the next edition of the Mid-Ohio Valley's Most Wanted next Wednesday, on WTAP News at 6.
