Chef Yancy makes his Famous Jack Daniels BBQ Ribs

Chef Yancys Hickory smoked Jack Daniels Raspberry BBQ Sauce and Ribs

¼ cup Diced onions
¼ cup Diced green peppers
2 cloves Garlic
¼ cup Tomato paste
8 Oz Tomato sauce
8 Oz Ketchup
3 tab.Yellow mustard
¼ cup Apple cider vinegar
2tab. Brown sugar
2 teas. Black pepper
1 tea Hickory salt
2 teas. Crushed red pepper seeds
¼ cup Raspberry jam
1 shot Jack Daniels

Procedure:

Sauté onions, peppers, garlic 3 minutes in sauce pan add tomato paste and cook for 5 to 6 minutes or nice and caramelized. Add reminder of ingredients and slow cook stirring often for 20 to 30 minutes. Top over your favorite meats and seafoods.

Rib Recipe:

3# Bone Ribs
4 cup Apple juice
1 cup brown sugar
Salt , Pepper , Fresh Garlic and red pepper flakes to taste

Procedure:

Place Ribs into baking dish and rub all seasonings to both sides of ribs add apple juice to baking dish ½ full and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 250 degrees for 2 1/2 hours or until tender. Top with sauce and bake an additional 30 minutes and enjoy with your favorite sides.
