Chef Yancy makes Iron Grilled Salmon Salad

Chefs Iron Grilled Salmon with a Tangerine Balsamic Vinaigrette

4 oz. fresh Salmon
1 cup Olive oil
1 cup tangerine balsamic vinegar
½ cup brown sugar
Spring mix wild greens; as needed
1 avocado
Chefs No Salt Seasoning
Chopped Basil
Chopped Dill
Walnuts

Procedure:

Blend oil vinegar and sugar, add fresh dill and marinate for 20 minutes. Place on an iron skillet at medium heat. Cook until internal temperature is 130 degrees. Place salmon on top of wild greens and garnish with avocados and fresh vegetables, and saddle on the dressing topped with walnuts.
