Daybreak 6:25 - Chef Yancy, Dark Hallow Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:
4 6oz boneless chicken breast
1 c vegetable oil
¼ c Fresh herbs
1 Tbsp. No Salt Seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp granulated garlic
10 oz. of Dark Hollow Sauce
Chefs Choice of Roasted Vegetables

Procedure:
Blend all ingredients well. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes. Place chicken on cast iron skillet, or grill on medium heat. Sear on each side approximately 2 ½ minutes or until internal temperature is 160 degrees. Brush with Dark Hollow Sauce, serve over fresh roasted vegetables and enjoy.
