Chefs Yancy's Beef Stroganoff

¼ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup butter
1 cup flour seasoned ( salt –pepper)
2- 6oz pc. Baked Steak cut into ½ cubes
½ cup diced onions
1 clove diced garlic
¼ cup diced pimento’s
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 cups Cream of Mushroom thin to medium sauce
1 cup Cream of Celery thin to medium sauce
½ cup Sour Cream

Procedure:

Preheat skillet on medium heat and add oil and butter, toss bake steak in seasoned flour and sauté until browned on each side add onions, garlic, pimentos ,and mushrooms sauté until tender add soups a sour cream. Cook low heat 10 minutes serve over wide Egg Noodles
