Chef Yancy's Lamb Marinate Base

½ cup olive oil
½ cup honey
1 clove garlic diced
1 tea. rosemary
1tea oregano
½ tea diced mint
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:
This is a simple and elegant marinade for lamb, just blend all ingredients well then add lamb fold into and allow to marinade for 2 hours or over night.
