Daybreak - Chef Yancy - Star Ranch Angus Iron Grilled Ribeye Steak

16 oz. fresh cut Star Angus
1 Cup Diced Onions
1 Cup Diced Bell Peppers
1 Cup Sliced Mushrooms
1 Tab. Montreal Seasoning
1 Tea. Granulated Garlic
1 Tea. Salt
½ Tea. Pepper

Procedure:

Preheat Cast Iron Skillet to a medium heat and season steak on each side, place into skillet and sear on each side for 2 to 3 minutes place into a preheated oven at 350 Degrees for 8 minutes to have a medium steak checking tempeture at 140 degrees. Top with sautéed peppers, onions, mushrooms and a side potato .
