Daybreak - Chef Yancy - green bean salad

5 cups Green Beans (Poached and cooled)
1 cup Black Beans drained
1 cup diced mixed bell peppers
½ cup diced Red onion
¼ cup diced sweet wax peppers

Dressing:

1 cup mayo
½ cup vinegar
½ cup sugar

Toppings:

1 cup cooked diced bacon
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup crispy onions
Procedure:

This is a simple and elegant side to any event, just blend first 5 ingredients well then blend together dressing and fold into bean mixture and allow to marinade for 2 hours. At service time top with remainder of ingredients and serve.
