Daybreak - Chef Yancy Prepares Specialty Butters

• 1 lb. softened butter
• 4 tab. Fresh herbs chopped fine (your favorites)
• Salt and pepper to taste

Whip butter in mixer for 2 to 4 minutes to fluff up and then add you favorite herbs and blend together place into wax paper roll into a log form and refrigerate , now you can slice into medallions and top any dish with pride. Will last for up to 2 weeks if refrigerated or 6 months if frozen.
