Daybreak - Making BBQ Sauce with Chef Yancy

Chef Yancy shows Jonathan and Brittany how to prepare his award winning Hickory Smoked Jack Daniels Raspberry BBQ Sauce


¼ cup Diced onions
¼ cup Diced green peppers
2 cloves Garlic
¼ cup Tomato paste
8 Oz Tomato sauce
8 Oz Ketchup
3 tab.Yellow mustard
¼ cup Apple cider vinegar
2tab. Brown sugar
2 teas. Black pepper
1 tea Hickory salt
2 teas. Crushed red pepper seeds
¼ cup Raspberry jam
1 shot Jack Daniels


Sauté onions, peppers, garlic 3 minutes in sauce pan add tomato paste and cook for 5 to 6 minutes or nice and caramelized. Add reminder of ingredients and slow cook stirring often for 20 to 30 minutes. Top over your favorite meats and sea foods.
