Chefs Iron Grilled Chicken Teriyaki

12 oz Boneless skinless chicken breast
1 C Teriyaki
2 Slices Pineapple
1 tsp Chefs Chicken Spice
Salt, Pepper, Garlic to taste

Procedure:

¾ Cup Teriyaki thinned with ¼ Cup of water, place over seasoned chicken and marinate for 1 hour in refrigerator. Pre heat iron skillet to a medium/high heat. Place marinated chicken in skillet for approximately 2 minutes, on each side or until internal temperature is 160 degrees. Grill pineapple and add remainder of the Teriyaki sauce and serve with rice and grilled pineapple.
