"Liberty - A Musical Celebration of Freedom!" Saturday, August 25, 2012 at 7:00 PM at The South Parkersburg Baptist Church.
This musical/visual presentation contains the music of America, the early down to earth folk songs passed from generation to generation, delightful to hear and sing. Retired school teacher Jerry Alawat presents himself as narrator to lace the story of America from early constitution days to our present day. Those who gave so much to provide and protect our Liberty are proclaimed as heroes from our country's birth, up to and including our day and time. Those veterans attending the Liberty program will be acknowledged for their contribution for the preservation of our liberty we so enjoy. This is a program for the entire family. Bring your veteran family member or friend. Prepare to sing along with the music of America!
