Chef Yancy is in the Daybreak Kitchen with another amazing dinner idea!

Chefs Iron Grilled Stuffed Chicken With Black Forest Ham Cream Cheese and Peppers

4-8oz Bone in Chicken Breast with a cut for a pocket
4 oz. Black Forest Ham slices
4 oz. Cream Cheese
½ cup Diced Onions
1 cup Diced Bell Peppers
1 Clove Garlic Diced
Salt, pepper, to taste

Procedure:

In a preheated Iron skillet to a medium heat. Rinse chicken and cut a pocket for filling, lay out slices of ham then add cream cheese and peppers ,onions ,garlic into a bowl and blend together dividing into equal parts and place in ham then roll up and stuff in side chicken. Grill on Iron Skillet on each side until golden brown then place in baking dish and bake covered for 20 minutes or internal temp. is 150 degrees. Serve with your favorite sides.
