Chef Yancy is in the Daybreak Kitchen with the most delicious pumpkin bread you could ever imagine!

Chefs Pumpkin Bread:

2 Cups all-purpose flour
2 teas. Baking powder
½ teas. Salt
1 tea. Pumpkin spice
1 cup brown sugar
¼ cup apple sauce
¼ cup heavy cream
2 eggs
2 cups Pumpkin filling
½ cup diced almonds
¼ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup diced apricots
1 tea vanilla

Procedure:

Combine flour, baking powder, salt and pumpkin pie spice set to side.
Then combine remainder of ingredients and mix well.
Add dry ingredients to wet mix well and pour into a greased 9 by 12 inch loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes or until tooth pick will come out clean.
