After visiting Parkersburg Wednesday, Senator John Edwards made a surprise visit at the Harmar Tavern in Marietta.
The Democratic vice presidential candidate stayed long enough to have a soda, but opted not to take advantage of Harmar Tavern's famous fried bologna sandwiches.
After his stop in Marietta, Sen. Edwards' campaign bus traveled to Ravenswood and Pomeroy before stopping for the evening in Athens for a huge rally at Ohio University.
