Secretary of State Joe Manchin hopes we can send a message to people overseas in order to avoid wars. Especially as potential for war looms with Iraq.
“We need to reach out we need to try to educate more people towards the cause of freedom and democracy of ours and hopefully that to their form of government,” says Manchin.
Manchin says he was thrilled to be in Wood County, especially after last years air expo was cancelled because of the Sept. 11 attacks.
